Dear Caden,

This morning you woke up with a smile on your face, ready to face the day. While getting you ready I decided to count how many things your little hands touched in a 5 minute time period. Eighty six. EIGHTY SIX. I need to bottle your morning energy, perhaps then I might actually get something accomplished.

Dear Jacob,

It has become quite clear that even though you may look like me, you are most definitely your father's child by inheriting his Hobbit-like ways. While Caden has Daddy's Hobbit toes, you have Daddy's Hobbit meal schedule : Breakfast, second breakfast, elevensies, lunch, afternoon tea, supper and dinner.
